WASHINGTON (AP) — Rates on 30-year mortgages rose again this week, climbing to the highest level in more than nine months, reflecting more concerns about how the Federal Reserve will respond to higher inflation pressures. more…

Rates will continue to increase as the Fed has made clear signals that the 2.0% Fed Funds rate will not be lowered further any time soon due to inflationary concerns. If you’re about to buy a house, might be a good idea to lock in a rate before they go up even further.
